Construction Manager / Engineer M/F

  • Reviewing of Contract/Workorder, submission of construction schedule immediately after receipt of order. Reviewing contract terms, schedule, and special project requirement.
  • Communication on Contract/Workorder variation w.r.t Design/Drawings/scope well in advance to client
  • Communication on EOT (Extension of Time) at least one month prior to lapse, delays, claims, Variations and follow-up on settlement of the claims.
  • Monitoring of progress of engineering design, approvals, casting progress, installation progress, utilization of moulds, deliveries in liasioning with project staff/coordinators/client/inter department so that they conform to the agreed schedule.
  • Monitor progress of engineering design, approvals, procurement, and deliveries to ensure they conform to agreed schedule.
  • Implementation of Organization HSES at project sites, monitor Health & Safety compliances all activities & Conduct safety review meeting with project coordinators, Monthly Safety Inspection etc.
  • Monitoring and Controlling of Quality at various phases of activities through follow-ups, site visits and inspections. Communications to client on quality issues, progress delays.
  • Provide feedback to immediate supervisor on various activities of site work and project developments
  • Interaction with client / consultant to meet progress of work and engineering requirements to work in Team Oriented environment & contribute to the overall success of organization objectives
  • Determine labour and equipment resources on EPC project and monitoring for optimum utilisation of resources.
  • Monitoring and reviewing of project budget, cost control at project site on manpower utilisation, subcontracts, material wastages etc
  • Final Submission of Data to ESG for preparation of AS BUILT DRAWING after getting approved from client through project team.Prepare final stock statements for all materials and reconciliation of wastages. To wind up the project establishment. Documentation in connection with closure of projects e.g. Photos etc. for PCR/Project Handing over Report
  • For greater teamwork, identifying the areas of improvement for training necessary by individual team members should be communicated to HO.
  • Monitoring and reviewing with site team for providing Monthly Reports pertaining to billing to RO, Follow-up for RA Bill/Invoice with RO, Timely Bill submissions, Follow-up on Bill Certifications, IPC collections, Debit Notes etc.
  • Forecasting, Re Forecasting of turnover, collections and achieving as per targets. Submission of RA Bill to clients, Follow-up on Bill Certifications, IPC collections, Debit Notes etc.
  • Check certified payments and sort out financial, legal and contractual differences with client. Follow-ups and Collection of payments timely from Client. Financial closure of project once project is completed.
  • Building and maintaining client relationship / satisfaction and to maintain refine behavior at the workplace.
