As the Access Supervisor, you will be managing access and scaffolding across our Jetty maintenance & upgrade project in Kwinana, WA. You will be responsible for leading a team of employees and subcontracts to deliver safe, effective, and innovative scaffold and access solutions. This position will see you being flexible to managing & partly on-the tool's when needed.

To apply you will need the following:

Advanced Scaffold & Basic Rigging qualifications
MSIC Card (Or a clean police record in order to gain your MSIC).
Marine Scaffolding experience is essential

Responsibilities of the Supervisor position:

Lead by example and ensure a safety culture and the consistent adoption of safe work procedures
Develop and implement QSE plans, work procedures, and SWMS with Project Engineer
Apply Scaffold and Access experience to improve construction methods and adopt methods and approaches to ensure the job gets done safely and efficiently
Manage and supervise team performance, including the management of disciplinary issues and first-line resolution of IR issues
Maintain and update the project tool register
Manage storage of materials and equipment
Train site labour and develop younger trade's on site
Help identify the right people to be trained in SB SI and SA
Conduct and document safety pre-starts and inspections
Manage safety incidents in conjunction with the project engineer and safety coordinator
Supervise site works and lead by example through regular site inspections, helping the team to solve problems and manage day-to-day operational risks
Practical demonstration of methods for training purposes
Monitor site productivity against budget with a particular focus on labour costs.

Skills & Experience required:

A minimum of 5 years experience in supervisor or leading hand position
A minimum of 10 years experience within the industrial scaffold industry
Thorough knowledge of Scaffolding, Rigging, and heavy lifts/cranes
Proven ability to meet deadlines and manage a team
