FREYSSINET (6300 employees - www.freyssinet.com), a subsidiary of Vinci (a Major Construction Group), has wide expertise in construction and on repair work.

Freyssinet Switzerland belong to our France & Associated territories Zone (700 employees - 180M€) ; for our subsidiary in Moudon (25 employees - 5M€), we are looking for the new Business Unit Manager.

In this key position your main tasks will be to :

• Implement the development strategy of the company
• Realize a competitive intelligence, meet new clients, identify opportunities on the amount
• Elaborate the technical and commercial proposals
• Manage the activity and team of the territory
• Push Freyssinet technology and expertise (especially in post tensioning, seismic protection and heavy lifting) on the Suisse market and lead negotiation with potential clients
• Manage projects realisation
• Being responsible for Financial results of the entity
• Hire new staff and develop the team

Graduated from a Civil Engineering School, you have at least 10 years of experience in the management of a Business Unit or in a Business Development / Sales position, within the civil engineering sector, with a knowledge of the Switzerland market.

Good interpersonal skills, commercial acumen and client orientated focus, entrepreneurial spirit, excellent people management skills.

Good knowledge of the heavy lifting and post tensioning,.

French is mandatory. Fluent in German would be a plus.
