Project Description:

VINCI Airports has been awarded Belgrade Nikola TESLA Airport Concession by Republic of SERBIA on the 22nd December 2018 for a duration of 25 years. The scope of the contract includes full operations together with investment works of more than 300MEuros. The construction works cover Airside (aprons, runway, facilities and plants) to Landside (passenger terminal buildings, parkings and facilities). Works will be performed in the first 5 years of concession. This contract represents an investment of more than 700MEuros by VINCI Group along the 25 years period.

The Technical department in Airport Organization covers:

·       Investment works

·       IT systems department

Job Description:

PMO Engineer will be in charge of Project Management Office in Airport technical department. Reporting to Chief Technical Officer VINCI Airports, the main responsibilities will be to monitor planning and key contractual milestones achievements. The candidate will be in charge as well of progress monitoring of Defects Liability Period defects resolution and clearance. In addition, the PMO Engineer will contribute to the reporting to Lenders Technical Advisors, Grantors and internal stakeholders.

Main tasks:

·       Track and manage execution of reporting obligations to grantor and lenders

·       Conduct risk reviews and planning/progress reviews periodically

·       Manage tracking and resolution of defects identified in Infrastructures Handed Over

·       Assist CTO in Weekly coordination meetings

Profile: Generalist, Civil or Electro-mechanical Engineer or architect with rigor and developed communication/coordination skills.

3 - National service: To volunteer, you must - if you have French nationality or dual nationality - be in good standing with the national service of the country. If you are over 25 years old, you do not have to provide this number!
If you are not French, ignore this section as it does not concern you.

4 - Criminal record: To become an International Volunteer, you must have a clean criminal record.

5 - Finally, if you have already done a V.I.E or a V.I.A, you cannot go on a mission again.
