We are looking an Engineer coordinator testing laboratory for our testing facility in Montebello della Battaglia.

He/She will coordinate its activity preparing the daily, weekly and monthly schedule agreed with supply chain and the technical manager. His/her responsibility will also be to coordinate and supervise the Team of engineers and technicians with the aim to optimize the activity scheduled based on available resources

He/She will also be part of the Team with the task to perform static and dynamic tests on structural bearings, seismic devices, expansion joints and other devices for which a test is required, both on prototypes and for factory production control. Within this task, he/she will have to organize the test considering the design of the product under testing and the applicable standards in coordination with technical dept, he /she will have to coordinate the team of technicians, to prepare and supervise the testing layout, to pilot the testing machine through dedicated software, to analyse test data and to prepare and supervise test report.

This Manager will be hired with a local employment contract.

The ideal candidate should be graduated in mechanical or mechatronic engineering with experience in dynamic laboratories, If possible, in anti-seismic field.

Required skills: management and team building skill, knowledge of hydraulic components like actuators, servo-valves and electronic components for the control of such hydraulic components and measuring systems.

Good knowledge of software for data treatment (Excel, Matlab, …).

Fluent in English is required.
