Alternance – Assistant Administratif – H/F

VOS MISSONS :

Cette description prend en compte les principales missions, elle n'est pas limitative.

Rattaché(e) à la Responsable de Site, vous l’assistez dans différentes missions dans le cadre du contrat de maintenance des bâtiments qui vous est confié par notre client.

À ce titre, vous serez amené(e) à :

-Participer au suivi administratif des interventions réalisées par les équipes techniques ;
-Mettre à jour les tableaux de suivi et les indicateurs d'activité ;
-Participer à la préparation de documents destinés aux clients ;
-Assurer le suivi des commandes et des fournisseurs ;
-Apporter un soutien administratif sur les devis et chiffrages.

Vous travaillerez auprès de notre client industriel, basé sur Chalon-Sur-Saône. 


VOTRE PROFIL :

Vous préparez un diplôme BAC+2 à BAC+3 dans le domaine de la Gestion Petites et Moyennes Entreprises ou Administratif, et vous êtes à la recherche d’un contrat d’alternance pour la rentrée de septembre 2026 pour une durée idéalement de 2ans.

Vous êtes reconnu(e) pour votre sens de l'organisation, votre rigueur, votre aisance relationnelle et votre capacité à travailler avec différents interlocuteurs.

Vous maîtrisez les outils bureautiques (Pack Office) et appréciez les missions variées mêlant gestion, coordination et relation client.

Vous disposez également du Permis B.
