Technicien de maintenance CFO F/H

VINCI Facilities (1,4 milliard d'euros de chiffre d'affaires en 2019, 8500 salariés) assure tout ou partie des services liés aux bâtiments et à leurs occupants, de la maintenance multitechnique aux prestations de facility management. 

Le Pôle VINCI Energies France Facilities IDF Tertiaire (CA 270M€, 1650 collaborateurs), recrute un Technicien CFO (H/F) pour l'une de ses Entreprises.

MISSIONS 

Rattaché(e) au Responsable de site, vous prenez en charge les missions suivantes :

·        Assurer la maintenance préventive et curative CFO de votre site,

·        Analyser, diagnostiquer et résoudre les incidents,

·        Poser des chemins de câbles, raccorder des armoires électriques, tirer des câbles, réaliser des installations nouvelles en électricité CFO pour le domaine tertiaire : Pose, montage et fixation des matériels électriques,

·        Assurer le maintien en condition opérationnelle de l'installation électrique en participant aux analyses de diagnostics de panne.

·        Etablir les comptes-rendus techniques pour donner suite à vos interventions via les outils internes,

·        Assurer le suivi des sous-traitants.

·        Réaliser les interventions dans le respect des règles de sécurité, d'hygiène et d'environnement en vigueur au sein de l'entreprise.

Titulaire d'un BAC/BAC +2 spécialisé en électricité, vous avez au moins 3 ans d'expérience dans le domaine de la maintenance.
