Project Manager Knowledge Transfert F/H
28/02/2025We are seeking an experienced, proactive, motivated, and versatile Project Manager for Knowledge Transfer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing methods/ tools for an effective knowledge transfer and utilization within the company and beyond. You will work closely with various teams and to provide services to optimize knowledge transfer processes. The main mission is to be able to provide the right document, at right time to the BUGM.
Key Responsibilities:
- Launch and execute an action plan to collect all relevant documents from brand colleagues and other sources.
- Develop and implement strategies and methods for knowledge transfer and management.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to foster knowledge exchange.
- Analyze and apply psychological principles to improve the dissemination of knowledge.
- Consider cultural differences when designing and implementing knowledge transfer strategies.
- Support the technical implementation of knowledge management systems.
- Develop and apply educational methodologies to promote effective knowledge transfer.
- Present project results and progress to executives and partners.
Hard Skills (Technical Skills):
- Degree or experience in Psychology, Knowledge Management,
- Education, Engineering, or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of knowledge management and knowledge transfer principles.
- Experience with knowledge management systems.
- Technical understanding of Actemium’s business offerings.
- Proven experience in developing and applying educational methodologies.
- Fluency in English and French; additional European languages are a plus.

- Ability to simplify and communicate complex concepts clearly.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
