Dans le cadre du développement de ses activités, notamment sur les énergies renouvelables, Monnier Tertiaire & Photovoltaïque recrute en CDI : 

un.e Responsable d’Affaires Photovoltaïque et Stockage (F/H)

🎯Vos missions

Rattaché(e) au Chef d’Entreprise, vous pilotez l’activité construction photovoltaïque (toitures, ombrières, centrales au sol, batteries de stockage) sur votre périmètre. 

  • Pilotage des affaires : gĂ©rer les projets de la prise de commande Ă  la rĂ©ception, garantir la rentabilitĂ© financière.
  • Management des Ă©quipes : encadrer votre Ă©quipe de 2 techniciens d’affaires (conducteurs de travaux) et piloter les sous-traitants.
  • Suivi technique : superviser les Ă©tudes, garantir la conformitĂ© rĂ©glementaire et suivre les chantiers.
  • SĂ©curitĂ© et performance : garantir l’application des règles QHSE.

🫵Vos atouts pour nous rejoindre

- Formation Bac+3 à Bac+5 en électrotechnique et disposant d'une expérience de 5 à 10 ans dans le domaine de l’installation de systèmes photovoltaïques.

- Compétences en gestion financière et pilotage de projet, leadership et bon relationnel.

- Bonne connaissance des normes C15-100 / C15-400 / C14-100 / C13- 100 / C15-712 et des DTU 40-35 et 43-1

- Capacité à dimensionner une installation photovoltaïque en autonomie

- Connaissance sur le monitoring/datalogger/scada

- Appétence pour l’innovation
