Seymour Whyte is currently seeking experienced Civil Engineers to join our team on a large-scale project on the Gold Coast. This exciting opportunity is open to Civil Engineers across multiple disciplines, including Roadworks (earthworks, pavements, surfacing, drainage) and Structures (concrete bridgeworks). We are looking for Site Engineers, Project Engineers, and Senior Project Engineers to help drive the successful delivery of this project.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the project team to deliver high-quality outcomes across roadworks and structures.
• Oversee day-to-day site activities, ensuring works are completed safely and efficiently.
• Ensure compliance with project specifications, safety standards, and timelines.
• Provide technical expertise in roadworks, drainage, pavements, surfacing, and concrete bridgeworks.
• Contribute to cost management and scheduling, reporting on project progress.
• Mentor and support junior engineers, fostering a positive, results-driven work environment.

About You:

• Site Engineers: You’ll have experience in managing site activities for civil projects and a keen eye for detail. A background in roadworks or structures is desirable.
• Project Engineers: You’ll be confident in coordinating engineering aspects of projects, with experience in both roadworks and structures projects. Strong organisational and problem-solving skills are essential.
• Senior Project Engineers: You bring substantial experience managing complex civil engineering projects. You have a strong understanding of roadworks, drainage, pavements, surfacing, and concrete structures, along with excellent leadership abilities.
