As part of an Oil & Gas maintenance and engineering project, we are looking for a Maintenance & Integrity Team leader.

The position will report to the Project Manager and will be based in Abu Dhabi, under a resident onshore status.

The Maintenance & Integrity Team leader will be responsible for managing discipline engineers and leading the development and implementation of maintenance, integrity, and operational assurance strategies, in close coordination with the MIEC team and the Company’s representatives.

Main Functions

  • Management of Disciplines Engineer. Reporting to Project Manager

  • Working closely with the MIEC team and COMPANY’ Representatives,

  • Participate in FMECA studies / RCM studies. Participate to the topo-functional breakdown preparation

  • Prepare the Maintenance Strategy procedure

  • Participate to criticality for studies for systems/equipments identified as "VITAL" and “CRITICAL”

  • Participate to The optimisation studies for systems/equipment method following COMPANY method

  • Prepare a manual for maintenance plan (Maintenance activities, types&frequencies) lubrication plan

  • Prepare a manual for running plan including main overhauls plan for first 5 years

  • Prepare a manual for maintenance main procedures (list of tasks, resources, durations, spares,tools,data to report) including major equipment overhauls

  • Prepare the on-condition monitoring manual for the equipment concerned recover relevant feedback data, from COMPANY/Subsidiary, in particular the data from previous projectto built the Global maintenance plan

  • Participate to the issuance of a global maintenance plan including : Safety Critical Element,Running plan,

  • Lubrication plan, On condition monitoring plan , Maintenance tasks and associated schedules,standardmaintenance procedures,Specific maintenance procedures,Maintenance documents and sheets to belinked to the maintenance tasks required toperform the tasks ,Spare parts associated to themaintenance operations,Participate to the creation of maintenance Manuals

  • Compiles the documents already prepared by Project (like SCE list and Performance Standards) in aglobal file named Operational Integrity Assurance Scheme (OIAS).

  • Identifies the SCE at tag (and Sub-Tag) level in line with list of SCE already defined by Project

  • Ensures that the maintenance, inspection and testing (ESD, delude, F&G etc) plans are in place to assure the Performance Standards are achieved

  • Prepares the SCE measuring points and the limits of acceptability in the CMIMS template.

  • Populates SCE measuring points with results from commissioning dossiers and from baselineinspections and prepare the templates for uploading in CMIMS

Required Qualifications

The holder of this position must have the following qualifications:

  • Higher National Diploma or Certificate (HND/HNC (A-levels + 3 years’ study) or BTS/DUT or equivalent 5-10 years’ experience in the maintenance field on oil and gas production installations

  • a Good knowledge of the process of oil and gas treatment, installations and a thorough knowledgeof the equipment used in oil and gas treatment installations

  • SAP/R3 experience and know-how

  • Pride in his work, ability to maintain good relations with colleagues and others,

  • Ability to work in a multinational team environment and in a CLIENT service-oriented relationship Competence/experience in the relevant specialities Ability to assume responsibility and to interface and communicate efficiently with others Effective oral and written communication skills and ability to represent CEGELEC and MIEC team in a professional manner during any meeting with the CLIENT Working language: English (spoken/read/written)
