Responsibilities
Lead and oversee process engineering design to ensure safe, fit‑for‑purpose solutions aligned with Company standards and project requirements.
Review and challenge contractor process engineering documents, ensuring timely feedback, compliance, and optimization opportunities.
Coordinate process engineering interfaces across disciplines, EPC packages, and stakeholders to secure seamless integration.
Identify risks, scope changes, and design deviations within the process discipline, providing impact assessments for management decisions.
Participate in technical studies, reviews, and audits (HAZOP, HAZID, model reviews, constructability) to validate design maturity.
Supervise and manage a team of process engineers, ensuring high performance, competency, and resource availability.
Support commissioning and start‑up teams with process‑related clarifications and ensure lessons learned are integrated into design.
Profile
Engineering degree in Process engineering,
minimum 15 years’ experience as Process engineer in Oil and Gas offshore activities.
At least 3 years of experience as Lead Process Engineer supervising a team.
Extensive experience in Process engineering with relevant experience within the offshore oil and gas production industry,
Strong computer literacy, particularly with process calculation and simulation software such as HYSYS,
Flarenet, Pipenet, OLGA, Ledaflow, Pipesim, and other relevant engineering tools.
Proficient in AVEVA Diagrams and AVEVA Engineering. A Lead Process Engineer is expected to have a solid understanding with AVEVA Diagram software and AVEVA Engineering workflows
Strong leadership skills and good communication skills.
Good analytical skills.
Familiar with Total general specifications is a plus, and with relevant codes and standards,
Language: fluent English,
Ability to work on projects in a complex and multicultural environment.
