Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee process engineering design to ensure safe, fit‑for‑purpose solutions aligned with Company standards and project requirements.

• Review and challenge contractor process engineering documents, ensuring timely feedback, compliance, and optimization opportunities.

• Coordinate process engineering interfaces across disciplines, EPC packages, and stakeholders to secure seamless integration.

• Identify risks, scope changes, and design deviations within the process discipline, providing impact assessments for management decisions.

• Participate in technical studies, reviews, and audits (HAZOP, HAZID, model reviews, constructability) to validate design maturity.

• Supervise and manage a team of process engineers, ensuring high performance, competency, and resource availability.

• Support commissioning and start‑up teams with process‑related clarifications and ensure lessons learned are integrated into design.

Profile

• Engineering degree in Process engineering,

• minimum 15 years’ experience as Process engineer in Oil and Gas offshore activities.

• At least 3 years of experience as Lead Process Engineer supervising a team.

• Extensive experience in Process engineering with relevant experience within the offshore oil and gas production industry,

• Strong computer literacy, particularly with process calculation and simulation software such as HYSYS,

• Flarenet, Pipenet, OLGA, Ledaflow, Pipesim, and other relevant engineering tools.

• Proficient in AVEVA Diagrams and AVEVA Engineering. A Lead Process Engineer is expected to have a solid understanding with AVEVA Diagram software and AVEVA Engineering workflows

• Strong leadership skills and good communication skills.

• Good analytical skills.

• Familiar with Total general specifications is a plus, and with relevant codes and standards,

• Language: fluent English,

• Ability to work on projects in a complex and multicultural environment.
