Actemium Angola, the operational entity of Cegelec Oil & Gas Services Lda, is the Angolan subsidiary of VINCI Energies Oil & Gas, backed by over 25 years of field experience. Specialized in comprehensive and multi-technical maintenance, the company operates in the industrial and oil & gas sectors, offering technical assistance and telecommunications services. 

Our areas of expertise include:

• Maintenance and inspection of pumps, flexible pipes, heat exchangers, and mechanical seals

• Fire and gas detection systems

• Repair and calibration of equipment

• Training in maintenance and operations

Actemium Angola also collaborates with Axians on telecom projects, strengthening its technological footprint.

Role

• Provide first- and second-line technical support for hardware, software, and network issues

• Install, configure, and maintain IT equipment (workstations, laptops, printers, mobile devices)

• Support and maintain IT infrastructure including LAN/WAN networks, VPNs, Wi‑Fi, and site servers

• Manage user onboarding and offboarding (account setup, access rights, device provisioning)

• Maintain accurate documentation of assets, configurations, and incidents

• Apply IT security measures such as updates, backups, and access control

• Troubleshoot and resolve incidents using ticketing systems; escalate when required

• Coordinate with vendors for equipment maintenance, repairs, and installations

• Support telecom systems, including:

  • UHF/VHF radio networks

  • Trunked radio systems

  • PAGA (Public Address and General Alarm systems)

• Ensure compliance with HSE policies and safe handling of IT and telecom equipment

Profile 

• Bachelor´s degree in IT, Telecommunications, or related field

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience

• Solid knowledge of Windows, Microsoft 365, and networking basics

• Experience with telecom systems (UHF/VHF, trunked radio, PAGA)

• Fluent English and Portuguese (mandatory); French is a plus

• Good communication skills and ability to work in a team

• Willing to travel and work flexible hours
