JOB DIMENSIONS
The service provider is responsible for coordinating all the H3SE management activities during the Engineering, Procurement, Supply, Construction, Commissioning and Installation phases carried out by Contractor, Subcontractors of the Project to ensure the personnel safety, construction integrity, respect for the environment and reputation of the Company.
The service provider enforces HSE management procedures and decisions/directions taken by Project H3SE Manager.
The service provider ensures the follow-up of Contractor’s H3SE management activities and performances through Contractor H3SE recording / reporting and liaise with the H3SE package lead accordingly and ensures the liaison and reporting with the Project H3SE Manager and with the Package Managers.
Responsible for the review of H3SE documentation produced by Contractor and Subcontractors and to coordinate with H3SE package lead to verify their implementation and compliance on site, the service holder
will be providing support in HSE methods to H3SE package lead; participating regularly to inspections and audits of Contractor work sites’ HSE Management System and practices; being accountable for demonstrating, individually, an exemplary behaviour with regard to H3SE rules & requirements.

As the HSE method Lead Service holder will demonstrate and execute a number of activities as described below.

CONTEXT AND ENVIRONMENT
The activity takes place in the context of the execution phase of a major project in Suriname. The Suriname GPI is a multidisciplinary team that coordinates the studies managed by the company on the Deep and Shallow Water discoveries of offshore Suriname Block 58.
The technical challenges the GPI / Project will face are the reservoir development and management, FPSO, and subsea production/injection system.
The Suriname Team will develop the Project with the objectives of maximizing economic results by optimizing the reserves, and the schedule, reducing the costs and the Greenhouse Gas (GHG) emission, while maintaining the technical quality of the installations, with high H3SE requirements and focusing.

As the HSE method Lead Service holder will demonstrate and execute a number of activities as described below.
Main Duties will include but not be limited to:
- Implement and maintain a proper H3SE recording / reporting system and to follow Contractors’ H3SE activities through their recording / reporting and that of HSE package leads
- Ensure the follow-up of H3SE indicators (KPI's) and tracking of anomalies, incidents, accidents performed by the Contractors
- Consolidate overall project’s Internal HSE weekly reports and to issue overall project’s HSE weekly / monthly H3SE Reports at management level
- Ensure adequate and timely reporting to Package Managers and Project H3SE Manager
- Maintain Project Emergency Response plan
- Update the Company Project’s HSE Management plan and update associated policies, procedures and plans
- Participate, as required, to H3SE audits / visits / tours and/or review, as necessary, associated audit reports and to follow-up implementation of relevant corrective action plans
- Participate, as required, in investigations of significant H3SE anomalies, incidents or accidents
- Assist the H3SE Project Manager in anticipating and planning the H3SE organization, means and resources for the performance of H3SE activities.
- Support H3SE package lead and H3SE Manager for H3SE Committees and other Package HSE events
- Ensure that Project personnel have the required HSE competencies and that HSE trainings are performed as planned.
- Ensure confidentiality of all the documentation issued under his area of responsibility.
- To promote safety awareness at all levels through exemplary and pro-active attitude with Project team, Contractors and Sub-Contractors.
- To ensure promotion, implementation by project personnels of the Company Ethics, “Code of Conduct”, Project Safety Culture and H3SE policy, rules and regulations.
- To adopt and to demonstrate an exemplary behaviour regarding Company Ethics, “Code of Conduct”, Project Company/Contractor Safety Culture and H3SE policy, rules and regulations.

- Professional Experience (years): 10 years minimum
- Experience in a similar position (years): 5 years minimum
- Level / Diploma: Engineer Degree or equivalent.
