Agreements were signed by the client in Iraq to enhance the development of the country’s natural resources. The GGIP project, located in the Basra region, is a 4-in-1 project:
AGUP ph2 project will be developed with the objective to maximize economical results, with a particular focus on the CAPEX, while maintaining the technical quality of the installations, with high H3SE requirements and focus. The project development includes several interfaces with other projects (AGUP ph1, GMP and CSSP) which shall be managed in an optimized and agile manner.

MISSIONS / SERVICE DIMENSIONS

The Service Holder shall be in charge:
- of all Scheduling and Planning activities for Iraq GPI AGUP Ph2 project.
- to supervise all Reporting activities as well as all Risk activities for Entity.
ACTIVITIES
- To promote safety culture and sustainability within the project and his/her activities. Lead by exemplarity to have the team members and colleagues adhering and contributing.
- To seek optimization and savings all along the different phases of the project. To focus on costs without impairing QHSE objectives.
- To foster an innovative and engaging environment for maturing solutions while backing up decisions.
- To promote lean and agile leadership, to participate actively in the areas of engagement, meetings and decision process.
- To lead for all Iraq GPI the planning, risk and progress controls activities associated with the establishment and management of all Projects Schedules and individual contract Work Time Schedules.
- To prepare Planning & Progress Measurement procedures and ensure that they are put in place and applied properly based on Company Referential.
- To develop and update the GPI Iraq Project Master Plan & Schedule.
- To ensure the consolidation of planning and progress for all Iraq GPI Projects.
- To control the review of Planning and planning documents (procedures, etc...) submitted by CONTRACTORS.
- To analyze with architect and Project Manager the potential delays on planning, verify that corrective actions are proposed and implemented as and when required.
- To prepare Iraq GPI Planning consolidation documents and presentation for internal and external meeting.
- To manage the risks associated to each Project Planning. Ensure the implementation of the agreed mitigation actions. Update the Projects risks (and opportunities) register. Issue the Top 10 risks.
- To interact with Affiliate planning team for the global affiliate planning consolidation and participate to the 24 months monthly meeting.
- To manage Iraq GPI Planning team during project execution.
- To lead all reporting activities for Iraq GPI projects (including Close‐out report and REX) during project execution.
- To be responsible for planned POB related to Iraq GPI activities on site.
- To monitor contractors claimed progress and consolidate project S-curve.
- To execute critical path analysis and report accordingly.
- To support the PCM in all project control activities that he may require.
CONTEXT & ENVIRONMENT
Agreements were signed by the client in Iraq to enhance the development of the country’s natural resources. The GGIP project, located in the Basra region, is a 4-in-1 project:
- The Associated Gas Upstream Project - AGUP: Enhance Ratawi oil field production thanks to infrastructures upgrade and new export pipeline (Phase I), then a new CPF and additional development wells (Phase II). A 3D seismic will be acquired on Ratawi field prior to the Phase II.
- The Gas Midstream Project - GMP: Valorize the gas from Ratawi, Majoon and Al Qurna West-2 (Phase I) oil fields.
- The Common Seawater Supply Project - CSSP: Major water-injection project that will help the long-term production of several fields of South Iraq. The Client will only be involved into the seawater treatment plant building.
- The Solar Power Plant - SPP: major solar project (PV plant with a 1250 GW DC) which will allow to produce power (1000 GW AC) to be injected into the grid.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
- Qualification: Engineering degree or equivalent.
- Professional Experience: 15 years minimum.
- Experience within project: a project and minor works brownfield experience in an onshore plant or a Total energies affiliate is very important for the position.
