We are growing, and we’re looking for an experienced and driven Project Manager to lead the delivery of high‑profile industrial automation projects.

About the Role
As a Project Manager, you’ll lead multi‑disciplinary teams to deliver the full lifecycle of automation and control projects—covering design, integration, commissioning and handover.
You will play a key role in ensuring that projects for Food & Beverage and process‑industry clients are delivered safely, on time, and to VINCI Energies’ exacting quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
Lead end‑to‑end delivery of automation and control system projects, from tender through to commissioning and final handover.
Manage budgets, schedules, risks, and project deliverables to ensure successful outcomes.
Act as the primary client contact, building strong, long‑term relationships through clear and proactive communication.
Coordinate internal engineering teams, suppliers, subcontractors, and partners in line with VINCI Energies’ project governance.
Champion health, safety, quality, and compliance across all project phases.
Identify opportunities for improvements, efficiencies, and cost savings.
Support tendering activities, contributing to both technical and commercial bid content.
About You
Proven experience managing engineering or automation projects (PLC/SCADA/HMI), ideally within Food & Beverage or similar industrial sectors.
Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management capabilities.
Highly organised, able to manage multiple projects simultaneously with a focus on results.
Knowledge of project management methodologies (PRINCE2, APM) and tools (e.g., MS Project) is desirable.
Degree or equivalent in Engineering or Project Management is an advantage.
Full UK driving licence and ability to travel as required, including occasional international travel.
Eligible to work in the UK and obtain UK Security Clearance.
