LATAM Business Unit Manager is accountable for the leadership, development, and performance of Carpi Tech’s activities across Latin America. The role encompasses strategic, commercial, operational, financial and organizational responsibilities, with full ownership of the Business Unit’s results.

Operating with a strong entrepreneurial mindset, the position holds end‑to‑end responsibility for the Business Unit at regional level, ensuring effective execution in line with Carpi Tech’s Group strategy, standards, and values.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and execute the LATAM business strategy in line with Carpi Tech’s Group objectives
• Drive sales, marketing, and business development activities, strengthening Carpi Tech’s presence in the region
• Develop and manage relationships with clients, partners, and key stakeholders
• Oversee operations and project execution, ensuring quality, safety, cost control, and delivery timelines
• Coordinate closely with engineering, technical, and operational teams to deliver tailored waterproofing solutions
• Lead and develop the local organization, supporting talent growth and team performance
• Manage the financial performance of the BU, including budgeting, P&L , and overheads control
• Ensure compliance with local regulations, Group policies, and HSE standards
• Represent Carpi Tech at regional level toward both internal and external stakeholders

• Degree in Engineering
• 8+ years of proven experience in Business Unit leadership, general management, or project based environments, preferably in infrastructure or engineering sectors
• Strong commercial mindset combined with solid operational leadership
• Experience managing multifunctional and multicultural teams
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Fluent in English and Spanish (Portuguese is a plus)
• Willingness to travel within the region
