VINCI Airports is currently looking for a Deputy CFO (F/M) to join its teams in Phnom Penh (Cambodia).

Duties & responsibilities:

Reporting to the CFO of Cambodia Airports, the main functions of the Deputy CFO will be :

• Operational management control by closely liaising with BUs
• Day to day finance control of the company;
• Steering of monthly financial closing, budget and reforecasts process;
• Measurement of financial performance: follow up of the activity with regular reportings (operational KPIs, financial indicators, etc.);

• Ad‐hoc operational analysis:
  ▪ Efficiency organization, supporting company growth;
  ▪ Financial process;
  ▪ Costing analysis and pricing policy,
  ▪ Others.

• Ad‐hoc financial analysis:
  ▪ Cash management together with the current treasury manager,
  ▪ Optimization & implementation of financing for new CAPEX programs,
  ▪ Financial modelling,
  ▪ Other.

• VINCI Group reporting needs:
  ▪ Financial and operational controlling reporting to VINCI Airports (through "Cockpit" internal controlling reporting tool: traffic indicators, staff, P&L,…),
  ▪ Financial accounting reporting to VINCI Group according to IFRS standards (through "Magnitude”/”VISION” system: P&L, BS, Tax, Cash‐flow);

• Financial valuation of the asset with yearly update of long‐term business plan.

• Liaising with VINCI Airports HQ financial team for any questions related to financial performance of Cambodia Airports.

• Internal audit within Cambodia airports and Victor process at VINCI level.

• Participate to negotiations with the Grantor.

• Manage Legal and contracting Team.

• Advanced understanding of finance, project finance and accounting ;
• Self‐motivated, self‐driven, ability to take challenges ;

• Good communications skills ;
• Advanced use of Excel ;
• Business level in English.
