Join Seymour Whyte for the Beerburrum to Nambour (B2N) Upgrade Project, a major civil infrastructure project being delivered as a joint venture with John Holland and focused on enhancing the rail transport network between Beerburrum and Nambour on the Sunshine Coast. Once completed, B2N will improve the North Coast Line, making travel faster and better connecting the Sunshine Coast, Moreton Bay and Brisbane.

We’re looking for an HR Coordinator to join our team on a full‑time, two‑year fixed‑term basis. This is a site‑based role where you’ll support the day‑to‑day people needs of the project and help keep things running smoothly. You’ll work closely with the Project People Manager, the project team and our wider HR team, assisting with recruitment, onboarding, training, employee relations, engagement, performance and reporting. You’ll be a key support point for the team, making sure HR processes are well organised and practical. If you enjoy variety, working with others and getting involved across different areas of HR, this is a great opportunity to build your experience and make a meaningful contribution.

We are looking for candidates who can demonstrate:

• Previous experience in HR, ideally within the construction industry.
• Formal qualifications in HR or a related discipline, or a willingness to work towards these qualifications is highly regarded.
• Strong experience using HR information systems.
• Experienced in managing time effectively and prioritising tasks in a busy environment.
• Demonstrated ability to manage sensitive and confidential information in a professional manner.

Many of our projects are located in regional areas, therefore all applicants must hold a current Driver’s Licence and have their own transport.
