Quality Coordinator

Be part of a large-scale, long-term joint venture between Seymour Whyte and Jacobs, awarded by Sydney Water as an Engineering, Procurement, and Construction Management (EPCM) project. As the region expands, so does the need for sustainable and resilient water solutions. The Upper South Creek Network will feature new wastewater pumping stations and gravity carriers, with the first stage kicking off before year’s end. In this role, you’ll ensure quality systems meet the latest standards, support digital engineering initiatives, and help deliver a project that sets the benchmark for safety and compliance.
About the role:
- Develop and implement project-specific Quality Management Systems
- Monitor subcontractor and supplier compliance with quality standards
- Create and review inspection and test procedures with the Project Manager
- Analyse quality data and recommend process improvements
- Participate in risk assessments and incident management as required
The successful applicant will have the following skills and experience:
- Proven experience in quality assurance within civil construction
- Knowledge of client standards and QA systems
- Strong communication and reporting skills
- Intermediate MS Office proficiency
- Current driver’s license
Many of our projects are located in regional areas, therefore all applicants must hold a current Driver’s License and have their own transport.
