Join a landmark infrastructure project that’s set to make a lasting impact on the community - the Youngs Crossing Road upgrade. This major civil construction initiative will improve flood resilience, enhance traffic flow, and deliver a safer, more efficient connection for thousands of road users each day.

We’re seeking Project Engineers with bridgeworks experience to help deliver key works, including the construction of a new bridge approximately 200 metres long across the North Pine River and Sideling Creek, as well as constructing a lookout platform and pedestrian walkway on the western side of the new bridge.

About the role:

• Prepare and deliver accurate reports and forecasts.
• Develop and support team members through coaching, mentoring and performance reviews.
• Manage workforce and subcontractors, assigning tasks and ensuring work meets required standards.
• Interpret designs and recommend modifications to improve constructability and enhance existing designs.
• Monitor project progress and performance, including cost, revenue, productivity and adherence to program timelines.
• Coordinate and administer construction activities to ensure compliance with project plans, specifications and safety requirements.

We are looking for candidates who can demonstrate:

• Bachelor of Engineering (Civil).
• Demonstrated experience delivering civil infrastructure projects
• Proven experience in structural engineering and bridgeworks.
• Knowledge of head and subcontract agreements.
• Exposure to preparation of contractual claims and variations.
• Thorough understanding of client specifications and ability to produce ITPs for specific trades.

Many of our projects are located in regional areas, therefore all applicants must hold a current Driver’s Licence and have their own transport.
