We are looking for an Innovation & Development Engineer (F/M) who will join the dynamic innovation team of in charge of the EXEGY® project for Vinci Construction Poland.

The Innovation team in Poland helps shape the culture and processes required for innovation to succeed in each organization, as well as train others on how to get better at it. We are very used to overseeing a portfolio of innovation initiatives, such as EXEGY®

You will start working with us and you will be dedicated to planning and implementing the EXEGY® project. As a member of the innovation team, you will also be able to take part in other development projects.

What can you expect as an Innovation & Development Engineer @Vinci Construction Poland?

As part of the Innovation team, your main missions will be as such :

• Planning and supervising new Exegy® Project in Poland;
• Laboratory work on low-emission cement-based and cement-free concrete;
• Circular product design within Vinci Construction Poland;
• Contacting CRM (Recherche Center in Merignac) about the Exegy® Project;
• Overseeing building works;
• Checking technical designs and drawings to ensure that they are followed correctly;
• Ensuring the compliance of used materials within the Exegy® projects specifications;
• Observing health and safety standards;
• Compiling reports for different parts of project;

After completing the V.I.E, you will have the skills to coordinate the implementation of the Group's innovative products!

You’ll be a great fit if: 

• You’re looking for assignments that give you a sense of responsibility and high autonomy. 
• You are an engineering school or university graduate, with a degree in Construction, Engineering or similar discipline, and can rely on basic knowledge on road construction and/or building materials thanks to a first professional experience (internship and apprenticeship included). Having sound technical and scientific knowledge in the field of materials science will be an advantage.
• You are eager to learn more and more about new technologies and innovations, always on the lookout for the newest innovations and discoveries.
• You can define yourself through a methodical and analytical mind, and strong interpersonal skills such as open-mindedness, curiosity, and most of all, a can-do attitude!
• You’re looking forward to being part of a team where you’ll be keen to learn and face new challenges together.
• You show an international mindset which will allow you to enjoy what Poland can offer to the fullest; 
• You speak fluent English. Polish wise, knowledge of the Polish language is welcomed, to allow you to discuss with our locals and become a real polish connoisseur :)                            
• You have your driving license.  

Quick Reminder about the VIE program: 

The VIE program requires you to: 

• Be a European citizen aged between 18 and 28 on the date of registration, whatever training level;  
• Be a graduate student, with a fluent level in English;  
• Have never done any V.I.E. in the past ;  
• Not have worked previously in the host country.
