ACTEMIUM Maintenance Airport Logistic, entreprise du groupe VINCI énergies cultive sa différence et son expertise auprès de ses clients dans le secteur de la maintenance industrielle, spécialisée dans les activités de tris colis et logistique.

Nous recrutons un Chef d’équipe de NUIT H/F en CDI pour rejoindre nos équipes basées à Chilly-Mazarin (91)

Rattaché au Responsable de sites, vous supervisez les activités de maintenance de l’équipe.

Missions : 

- Organiser et superviser les interventions de maintenance ;

- Manager l’équipe (2/3 techniciens) en optimisant le suivi opérationnel ;

- Participer à l’amélioration permanente des processus de maintenance et de la performance de l’installation ;

- Mettre en place et suivre les indicateurs et reporting relatifs à l’activité ;

Formation niveau BAC et/ou expérience significative en maintenance industrielle. Idéalement, vous avez déjà manager une équipe de technicien

-         Capacité à fédérer et faire monter en compétences l’équipe

Titulaire du permis B et véhiculé

Horaires : 20H – 3H
