Assitant(e) administratif(ve) et logistique F/H

Intégrée au réseau VINCI Energies, VINCI Facilities Val de Loire est spécialisée dans la maintenance et le facility management. Dans le cadre de notre développement, nous recrutons un/une ordonnanceur/se (F/H) sur le département du 37.

📄Vos missions seront les suivantes : 

- La planification et optimisation des interventions via les outils internes de GMAO; 

- La saisie des commandes via nos outils de gestion;

- Participer à la gestion de la relation clients;

- Le suivi et la transmission d'éléments au client (clôture des bons d'intervention, reporting client, rapport de maintenance, contrôle réglementaire);

- La réalisation et le suivi des commandes et des contrats de sous-traitance (plan de prévention, ...);

- La réalisation de diverses tâches administratives. 

Cette description prend en compte les principales missions, elle n'est pas limitative.


Titulaire d’un Bac +2 (Assistant Gestion, Assistant Manager ou Coordinateur Technique), vous avez une bonne maîtrise des processus et des normes en entreprise. Vous avez idéalement 4 ans d’expérience sur un poste similaire. Une connaissance du secteur des travaux publics serait un plus. 

Vous êtes reconnu(e) pour votre rigueur, votre sens de l’organisation, votre dynamisme, ainsi que votre bon relationnel. 

Vous êtes à l’aise avec les outils informatiques et maitrisez le pack office, indispensable à la réalisation de vos activités.
