Adjoint Responsable Matériel

Réso Logistique, société du groupe VINCI Energies, accompagne les projets de construction et de réhabilitation en assurant la mise à disposition, la maintenance et la gestion du matériel nécessaire aux chantiers. Nous plaçons la sécurité, la qualité et la performance au cœur de nos missions.

Rattaché(e) au Chef d'Exploitation, vous jouerez un rôle clé dans la gestion de l'entrepôt et le conseil autour du matériel de chantier pour vos clients :

Conseil et support technique

  • Être l’interlocuteur des clients internes et externes pour les questions liées au matériel (travaux en hauteur, électroportatif, etc.) et aux livraisons.
  • Expliquer le fonctionnement des équipements et leur mise en œuvre.
  • Diagnostiquer les problèmes rencontrés et orienter les utilisateurs vers les solutions adaptées.

Management et organisation

  • Encadrer une équipe de 3 à 4 préparateurs (nettoyage, réparation, préparation du matériel).
  • Planifier et superviser les activités pour garantir la disponibilité et la conformité des équipements.

Gestion et suivi

  • Utiliser les outils informatiques (logiciel de suivi, pack Microsoft : Word, Excel) pour assurer la traçabilité et le reporting.
  • Participer à l’amélioration continue des processus logistiques.


Manutention et sécurité

  • Intervenir ponctuellement sur des opérations de manutention (port de charges).
  • Veiller au respect des règles de sécurité et des normes en vigueur.

Et si c'était vous ? 🤝

Vous avez une solide expérience (5 ans minimum) sur un poste similaire ou sur le chantier (exemple chef d'équipe, chef de chantier, conducteur de travaux, responsable matériel).

Vous aimez conseiller, expliquer et partager vos connaissances techniques avec des interlocuteurs variés.

Vous êtes à l’aise avec les outils informatiques (Word, Excel, logiciel de suivi).

Vous avez un leadership naturel et l'envie d’encadrer une équipe (3 à 4 personnes).

Vous êtes attentif(ve) à la sécurité et prêt(e) à intervenir ponctuellement sur des opérations de manutention.
