Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced EHS Engineer/Officer to manage safety compliance and drive safe work practices in electrical automation and power project environments. The role involves ensuring adherence to statutory regulations, monitoring site safety, and promoting a strong safety culture.

Key Responsibilities

· Ensure compliance with CEA safety regulations (2010)

· Monitor safe practices for HT/LT operations, switching, isolation, earthing & LOTO

· Conduct site safety inspections and implement corrective actions

· Supervise contractor safety performance

· Prepare and review JSA, HIRA, SOPs

· Conduct safety inductions and toolbox talks

· Investigate incidents and near-misses

· Ensure proper barricading, signage & access control

· Coordinate with statutory authorities

· Promote behavior-based safety (BBS)

Required Qualifications

· Diploma / Degree in Engineering or Science

· Diploma in Industrial Safety (PDIS/ADIS)

· First Aid / Fire & Emergency Response training

· NEBOSH certification (Preferred)

Experience Required

· 3–5 years of EHS experience

· 2–3 years in electrical systems installation

· Exposure to HT/LT systems, substations & transformers

Key Skills

· Electrical safety knowledge

· Familiarity with PTW, LOTO, Arc Flash

· Good communication skills
