CMMS Maintenance Team Leader

As part of an Oil & Gas maintenance and engineering project, we are looking for a CMMS Maintenance Team Leader.
The position will report to the Project Manager and will be based in Abu Dhabi, under a resident onshore status.
The CMMS Team Leader will be responsible for leading CMIMS implementation activities and ensuring the quality, accuracy, and compliance of maintenance, inspection, and material master data in line with Company requirements.
Main Functions
Build the topo-functional breakdown (or asset register) including functional location and item of equipment of the concerned facilities according to the COMPANY rules and specifications
Enter in CMIMS PM module all equipment with a tag Number
If necessary to help for the Maintenance plan preparation
Preparation of input files in compliance with CMIMS PM and MM data entry requirements which shall include as a minimum:
Functional location of equipment as per the above breakdown
Classification of technical objects (functional location and equipment) with use of
classes assignments provided by COMPANY
Bill of material (BOM): list of spare parts
Documents: links between SAP UNISUP PM module and external document (MSWord,
MS-Excel, PDF…)
Maintenance measuring points (Counter and initial records)
Standard texts (Maintenance & inspection detailed instructions and procedures)
Maintenance task lists
Maintenance plans
Base line inspection results (Quantitative measurements and qualitative findings)
PM TEMPLATES CREATION
Data to be loaded into the CMIMS shall be extracted from the equipment database. The list of the CMIMS templates is the following:
Maintenance templates
Functional location (level 3 and below) and equipment
Classes & characteristics
Bill of material (BOM and BOM assignment)
Documents
Maintenance measuring points (Counters) & measurements documents (baseline records)

Task lists & maintenance plans

Qualifications required
The holder of this post must have the following qualifications:
Higher National Diploma or Certificate (HND/HNC (A-levels + 3 years’ study) or BTS/DUT or equivalent
3 to 5 years’ experience in the maintenance field on oil and gas production installations,
A basic knowledge of the process of oil and gas treatment, installations and a thorough knowledge of the equipment used in oil and gas treatment installations
SAP/R3 experience and know-how
Pride in his work, ability to maintain good relations with colleagues and others,
Working language: English, French as an advantage.
Perfectly competent and independent in his field, he must show common sense and organisational ability.
