Job Summary

We are seeking a Cybersecurity Program Manager (Governance, Risk & Compliance) to support one of our clients in leading cybersecurity risk and compliance initiatives across a large and complex enterprise environment. The role involves driving governance activities, coordinating cross-functional teams, engaging with senior stakeholders, and ensuring the successful delivery of risk and compliance programs that support business and regulatory objectives.

Responsibilities

· Act as the overall lead for cybersecurity risk and compliance engagements, ensuring successful delivery of agreed objectives, timelines, and quality expectations.

· Own and drive the execution of cybersecurity governance, risk management, and compliance programs across complex enterprise environments.

· Provide leadership, direction, and oversight to multidisciplinary teams delivering cybersecurity risk and compliance services.

· Serve as the primary point of contact for senior business, technology, and security stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and alignment throughout engagements.

· Oversee cybersecurity risk assessments, control effectiveness reviews, compliance activities, and risk treatment initiatives.

· Ensure risks, issues, dependencies, and delivery challenges are proactively identified, managed, and escalated where appropriate.

· Lead stakeholder workshops, governance forums, and management discussions to support decision-making and risk-based prioritization.

· Review and validate key deliverables, reports, and recommendations prior to executive or management presentation.

· Drive continuous improvement of cybersecurity governance, risk management, and compliance practices.

· Mentor and support consultants and junior team members, promoting consistent delivery standards and quality.

Requirements

· 12+ years of experience in delivering cybersecurity governance, risk, and compliance programs within the Energy, Oil & Gas, Utilities, or Critical Infrastructure sectors.

· Proven experience (mandatory) leading large-scale cybersecurity risk and compliance programs within complex enterprise environments.

· Demonstrated track record of managing multidisciplinary teams and overseeing the delivery of multiple concurrent workstreams.

· Ability to manage competing priorities, stakeholder expectations, and delivery risks in dynamic environments.
