We are seeking an OT Cybersecurity Risk & Compliance Engineer to support one of our key clients operating in a critical infrastructure environment in Abu Dhabi.
The role focuses on cybersecurity risk management, compliance, and governance for Operational Technology (OT) environments, ensuring alignment with group policies, industrial standards, and regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
Security Risk & Compliance
Develop, maintain, and update information security procedures and guidelines applicable to OT environments.
Ensure compliance with group cybersecurity policies, standards, manuals, and procedures across industrial systems.
Support the implementation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of the ISMS, with a strong focus on OT and industrial control systems.
Work closely with internal stakeholders to identify cybersecurity risks, perform risk assessments, and define risk mitigation actions for OT assets.
Monitor and follow up on risk treatment plans, ensuring timely closure of identified gaps.
Audit & Incident Management
Conduct internal cybersecurity audits and coordinate external audits related to OT security and compliance.
Analyze security incidents impacting OT environments and provide recommendations for corrective actions.
Communicate effectively with relevant stakeholders to address vulnerabilities, risks, and compliance findings.
Regulatory & Standards Compliance
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and international cybersecurity standards applicable to OT environments.
Liaise with third-party vendors and stakeholders to ensure alignment with ISMS and cybersecurity compliance requirements.
Stay informed on industry developments, standards evolution, and emerging cybersecurity risks relevant to OT and critical infrastructure.
Professional Experience
Minimum 6 years of experience in Cybersecurity, with a strong focus on OT / ICS / SCADA environments.
Proven experience in risk management, compliance, ISMS implementation, and audits within industrial or critical infrastructure contexts.
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, Information Security, Engineering, or a related field.
Certifications
One or more of the following certifications are strongly preferred:
CISA
IEC 62443
GICSP
ISO/IEC 27001 Lead Implementer or Lead Auditor
CRISC
