Rattaché.au Responsable support des opérations vous aurez comme missions:

-Prendre en charge la configuration et le déploiement des postes informatiques et des téléphones suivant la politique IT VINCI et veiller à la conformité des politiques sécurité

-Assurer l'acquisition et le renouvellement des licences des différents logiciels

-Suivre les indicateurs IT et mettre en place des plans d'actions associés

-Gérer le parc des équipements informatiques, enregistrement de l'équipement, dotation et récupération

-Définition du budget annuel et acquisition des nouveaux équipements informatiques

-Assurer le support technique auprès de nos équipes

-Communiquer au niveau Entreprise


-Maîtrise du pack office 365 et l'administration du Sharepoint Entreprise

-Connaissance Switch et routeurs, câblage informatique pour assurer la continuité des opérations

-Connaissance configuration système (Windows 10 et 11, Active directory, Windows serveur, configuration copieurs et imprimantes (HP et Canon)

-De profil BAC+2/3 en informatique, vous avez une expérience significative dans une fonction similaire.

Vos qualités essentielles: autonomie, aisance relationnelle et pédagogie.
