Technicien de maintenance frigoriste F/H

VINCI Facilities, acteur majeur du Facility Management, accompagne ses clients dans la gestion, la maintenance et les travaux associés dans leurs bâtiments, afin de garantir performance, confort et sécurité. 

Dans cette dynamique, nous renforçons notre équipe CVC avec le recrutement d'un technicien de maintenance frigoriste F/H en CDI pour assurer un service de proximité réactif et de qualité. 

Vos missions : 

Rattaché(e) au Responsable d'Affaires, vous interviendrez sur des installations CVC variées chez nos clients. Vos principales missions seront les suivantes : 

  • Réaliser la maintenance préventive et corrective sur les équipements de climatisation (mono-split, multi-split, DRV, GEG, PAC, etc.) 
  • Disagnostiquer les dysfonctionnements et assurer les dépannages
  • Effectuer les réglages, les mises au point et le contrôle des installations
  • Rédiger vos comptes rendus d'intervention et assurer un reporting clair auprès du client et de votre hiérarchie 
  • Répondre aux demandes des clients en temps réel et garantir la continuité de service
  • Coordonner les prestataires spécialisés lorsque cela est nécessaire 
  • Respecter les normes de sécurité, les procédures qualité et les règles environnementales
  • Installer ou remplacer des équipements de production, de distribution ou d'émission de chaleur 
  • Réaliser ponctuellement des prestations en ventilation ou plomberie

Vous serez accompagné(e) dans vos missions par le Responsable d'Affaires et les Responsables de contrats, afin d'assurer la satisfaction client et la performance contractuelle. 


  • Formation technique (Bac à Bac+2) en génie climatique ou équivalent 
  • Expérience minimum de 5 ans dans le domaine 
  • Compétences en organisation, autonomie, reporting et relation client 
  • Maîtrise des outils informatiques et logiciels de GMAO
  • Permis B indispensable car poste en itinérance
