Pour soutenir notre activité et assurer un fonctionnement fluide de l’agence, nous recherchons un(e) assistant commercial H/F

Vos missions

Véritable support administratif et commercial de l’équipe, vous intervenez sur un périmètre polyvalent :

  • Réalisation des devis de l’activité maintenance en atelier et sur certains sujets négoce, en lien avec les commerciaux et l’équipe atelier
  • Réponses aux demandes clients par mail et téléphone
  • Suivi des devis/relances clients
  • Suivi administratif des dossiers clients et fournisseurs
  • Passage de commandes
  • Coordination avec les équipes techniques et commerciales.
  • Mise à jour d’outils internes et reporting

  • Formation en gestion administrative et commerciale (ou expérience équivalente).

  • À l’aise avec les outils bureautiques

  • Rigueur, sens de l’organisation, autonomie.

  • Aisance relationnelle

  • Appétence pour les sujets techniques
