VINCI Energies recrute, pour une de ses entités Actemium Martigues, un Responsable d'Affaires (H/F) pour ses activités Industrielles, spécialisé en Electricité sur le site d'ARAMON (30). 

Rattaché(e) au Chef d’Entreprise, vous proposez à vos clients une prestation globale de la conception à la réalisation des projets.

Vous assurez la fidélisation des relations commerciales. Vous avez la responsabilité  d’affaires dans leur globalité:

Vous aurez comme principales missions:

- de développer votre portefeuille clients conformément aux objectifs fixés d'instaurer une relation privilégiée avec vos clients en proposant la conception de solutions techniques en fonction de leurs besoins

- d'assurer le bon déroulement des affaires depuis la réponse à l'appel d'offres (chiffrer et négocier) jusqu'à la réception par le client en supervisant les activités d'ingénierie, études et de chantier, dans le respect des processus d'assurance qualité et sécurité

- de réaliser le suivi des opérations jusqu’à la fin des obligations contractuelles en maitrisant le suivi budgétaire et financier

- d'être garant de la rentabilité de l'ensemble de vos affaires, pour lesquelles vous assurez la gestion financière (résultat, trésorerie, juridique)

- de manager et d'animer une d’équipe opérationnelle

- de veiller  à  la sécurité du personnel et des biens. 


Spécialisé(e)  sur des activités industrielles, vous avez un minimum de 5 ans d’expérience en gestion d’affaires dans ce domaine d’activité. Votre envie d’entreprendre, vos qualités de gestionnaire, votre rigueur, votre sens de la relation clients, votre autonomie et votre capacité à fédérer des équipes vous permettront de relever de nouveaux défis. Votre sens du service et votre capacité d'écoute seront autant d'atouts pour réussir à ce poste.

Vous êtes diplômé(e) d'une école d'ingénieur de préférence orientée en électricité / instrumentation ou génie industriel. Vous avez une expérience de 5 ans minimum dans une fonction similaire. 

La connaissance du secteur Pétrochimique / Chimique/ Pharmaceutique serait un plus.

Poste basé à ARAMON (30).
