Vos missions

Intégré(e) au service Passage, vous assurez la prise en charge des passagers et des opérations liées à l’enregistrement, l’embarquement et le débarquement, dans le respect des procédures compagnies aériennes, de la réglementation aérienne et des consignes de sûreté et sécurité.

Pour l’aviation commerciale :

·         Accueillir et assister les passagers lors des opérations d’enregistrement, embarquement et débarquement.

·         Traiter les passagers à particularités.

·         Utiliser les différents DCS compagnies aériennes pour l’enregistrement et l’embarquement.

·         Contrôler les documents nécessaires pour voyager jusqu’à destination finale.

·         Encaisser les excédents bagages.

·         Gérer les irrégularités vol (annulation, retard, survente, réacheminement).

·         Réaliser les annonces micro et assurer l’affichage des vols.

·         Traiter les dossiers bagages retardés/endommagés sous WorldTracer et enregistrer les objets trouvés.


·         Première expérience en environnement aéroportuaire appréciée.

·         Permis B obligatoire.

·         Anglais courant exigé.

Rigueur, autonomie, sens du travail en équipe et capacité d’adaptation.
