Chef(fe) de chantier CVC

Cegelec Clim Ouest BREST (9 millions d'Euros de Chiffres d'Affaires, 48 collaborateurs) accompagne ses clients dans la conception et la réalisation d’installations en génie climatique (chauffage ventilation climatisation plomberie sanitaires).

Nous recherchons un Chef de chantier CVC en CDI, pour notre centre de travaux d’Auray (56).

Vos missions :

Sous la responsabilité du responsable d’affaires et du conducteur de travaux, vous aurez pour rôle de réaliser et superviser les travaux qui vous seront confiés :

  • Vous travaillerez sur site et vous piloterez le chantier au quotidien
  • Vous encadrerez et piloterez les monteurs et sous-traitants, répartirez des tâches
  • Vous planifierez vos travaux et ceux de vos collaborateurs.
  • Vous assurerez le suivi des travaux : liste de fournitures, suivi des heures
  • Vous assurerez la gestion de votre outillage et de vos équipes
  • Vous assurerez le relationnel client
  • Vous assurerez votre sécurité et celle de vos équipes
    Vous assurerez la communication et les échanges entre le chantier et le bureau d’études.
  • Vous collaborerez avec le conducteur de travaux

Spécialisé(e) en Génie climatique, Génie thermique, Fluides Energies Environnement, vous disposez d’au moins 3 ans d’expérience sur un poste similaire.

Au-delà de vos compétences techniques, vous savez faire preuve de rigueur, de méthode dans la réalisation de vos missions et possédez un esprit de synthèse.

Autonome, réactif(ve) et doté(e) d’un excellent sens relationnel, vous appréciez le travail en équipe.
