A Design Engineer at Menard Oceania contributes to delivering optimal geotechnical ground‑improvement solutions by supporting the planning, design development, and technical excellence of the company’s projects. The role exists to apply engineering expertise to develop effective ground‑improvement designs that add value to projects and support Menard’s design‑and‑construct contracting model.


Reporting to the Design Manager this role will be part of a team that supports the regional tendering team with preliminary tender design to develop into a role responsible for deep design

Key soil investigation, improvement and remediation provider Menard develops foundation solutions based on ground improvement and reinforcement technologies that eliminate the need for the deep foundations traditionally used to support surface structures.
