Nous recherchons un(e) étudiant(e) motivé(e) en BTS Comptabilité et Gestion, BUT GEA, DCG ou équivalent en alternance pour accompagner notre équipe administrative et comptable.

Encadré(e) par notre Responsable Administratif et Financier, vous serez intégré(e) au sein de l’équipe pour accompagner et contribuer activement au suivi administratif et comptable de l’entreprise.

1. Comptabilité fournisseurs

  • Saisie et enregistrement des factures fournisseurs
  • Suivi des validations internes
  • Préparation des paiements fournisseurs
  • Gestion des relances et des litiges éventuels
  • Classement et archivage des documents


2. Comptabilité clients

  • Suivi des encaissements
  • Relances clients (téléphone / mail) en coordination avec le service commercial
  • Lettrage et analyse des comptes clients


3. Support Administratif

  • Gestion du parc des véhicules
  • Aide sur le suivi du plan de formation
  • Suivi et contrôle des pointages 

4. Contribution à la vie du service

  • Contribution à l’amélioration des procédures administratives et financières
  • Aide ponctuelle sur des projets administratifs
  • Collaboration avec les différents services internes

Etudiant en formation BTS Comptabilité et Gestion, BUT GEA, DCG ou équivalent en alternance :

  • Vous êtes à l’aise avec les outils bureautiques (Excel, Word)
  • Vous êtes une personne rigoureuse, organisée et motivée
  • Vous faites preuve de curiosité, d’esprit d’analyse et d’envie d’apprendre
  • Vous appréciez le travail en équipe et les environnements collaboratifs

Disponibilité : à partir de septembre 2026

Rythme souhaité : 2 à 3 semaines en entreprise / 1 semaine à l’école
