Coordinateur SAV F/H

Acteur reconnu dans les domaines de la Réfrigération, du Traitement d'air et du Génie Climatique en région Hauts de France, CEF Nord (180 personnes), une société du groupe VINCI Energies, recherche un(e) Coordinateur(rice) SAV H/F pour renforcer ses équipes.

Rattaché(e) au Responsable SAV et en collaboration avec les assistants, vous aurez pour principales missions :

Réception d’appels entrants liés au SAV
La planification des interventions SAV / Gestion du planning des techniciens
Gérer la saisie et le suivi des contrats d’entretien : positionnement des rendez-vous, alimentation de la base de données clients, publipostage pour envoi aux clients, etc.
Assurer un reporting en faisant remonter les incidents techniques au Responsable du SAV.
Assurer un reporting lié à la vente des contrats d’entretiens
Rédaction des devis clients / Facturation

Ce poste est à pourvoir sur Avelin (59) pour une rémunération (Plan Epargne groupe VINCI et autres avantages) à négocier selon votre profil et expérience.


De formation BAC à BAC +2, vous justifiez de 5 ans expérience réussie pour un poste similaire. Des connaissances techniques dans le domaine du froid commercial seront appréciées.

Vous faites preuve d’un excellent sens relationnel, d’autonomie et d’une faculté d’adaptation. Vous êtes à l’aise au téléphone et maîtrisez les outils bureautiques. Votre aptitude à être polyvalent(e), votre esprit d’équipe et vos capacités d’analyses garantiront votre réussite.
