Rattaché(e) au Responsable de site, vous aurez pour missions de :

  • Réaliser la maintenance de niveau 1 et 2 : petits travaux de second œuvre, changement d’éclairage et de dalle de faux plafond…etc
  • Piloter et accompagner les opérations des sous-traitants sur le site
  • Assurer les prestations multiservices : mise en place de salles de réunions, diverses manutentions…
  • Effectuer des rondes servicielles et techniques afin d'anticiper les besoins des occupants 
  • Ces missions pour un seul objectif : La satisfaction des occupants.

Véritable ambassadeur(drice) de l’excellence, vous représentez l’image de notre entreprise chez notre client.

Conditions d’exercice du poste : Mission postée, déplacements potentiels sur le secteur d’Avignon (84).


Vous avez une expérience significative dans le secteur tertiaire et industriel ou dans le métier de second œuvre.  

En relation directe avec notre client, vous êtes reconnu(e) pour votre sens du service et êtes doté(e) d’un excellent relationnel.

Votre autonomie et votre proactivité ne sont plus à prouver. Vous avez le souci de l’image et du détail.
