Assistant travaux F/H

Pour accompagner le développement de nos équipes travaux, nous recrutons un Assistant Travaux (H/F). Véritable appui administratif et organisationnel, vous jouez un rôle clé dans le bon déroulement de nos chantiers avec pour missions : 

  • Gestion des sous-traitants
    • Rédaction et suivi des contrats et bons de commande
    • Constitution et suivi des dossiers d'agrément (DC4, assurances, Kbis…)
    • Gestion des accès chantier : plans de prévention, PPSPS, badges
  • Suivi administratif des contrats clients
    • Transmission des documents contractuels requis (DOE, PV de réception, situations de travaux…)
    • Relation administrative avec les maîtres d'ouvrage et maîtres d'œuvre
    • Archivage et mise à jour des dossiers affaires
  • Gestion de la flotte automobile
    • Suivi de l'entretien, des contrôles techniques et des sinistres
    • Gestion des cartes carburant et des contraventions
    • Mise à jour régulière du tableau de bord flotte

Vous êtes diplômé d'un Bac +2 en gestion ou assistanat, avec 2 ans d'expérience dans un environnement travaux ou BTP.

Organisé et fiable, vous savez gérer les imprévus sans perdre le fil, et vous collaborez facilement avec des équipes terrain.

Excel est un outil que vous maîtrisez au quotidien — la connaissance de SAP serait appréciée. Votre rigueur et votre sens du contact feront la différence.
