Die JOMOS Brandschutz AG mit Sitz in Balsthal und rund 180 Mitarbeitenden ist ein führendes Unternehmen auf dem spannenden Gebiet des technischen Brandschutzes. Seit 2018 gehört die Unternehmung zur internationalen VINCI-Gruppe. Für die Geschäftsfelder Brandschutzgeräte suchen wir per sofort oder nach Vereinbarung eine erfahrene und engagierte Persönlichkeit.

Dein Aufgabenbereich
  • Allgemeine Kundenbetreuung und -Beratung
  • Erfassung und Pflege von Kunden-, Adress- und Projektdaten im ERP-System
  • Selbstständige Abwicklung der Aufträge von der Angebotserstellung bis zur Abrechnung, inkl. Mahnwesen
  • Allgemeine Verrechnungen von Serviceaufträgen, Verkauf etc.
  • Allgemeine Administrations- und Unterstützungsarbeiten

Das bringst du mit
  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Grundausbildung mit mehrjähriger Berufserfahrung in vergleichbaren Funktionen
  • Teamfähigkeit, Flexibilität, vernetztes Denken und Durchsetzungsvermögen
  • Sicheres, kundenorientiertes sowie freundliches Auftreten, mit Flair für den aktiven Verkauf der erstellten Angebote
  • Sehr gute Anwenderkenntnisse von MS-Office und Erfahrung im Umgang mit ERP-Systemen
  • Einwandfreies, stilsicheres Deutsch in Wort und Schrift wird vorausgesetzt, Kenntnisse in Französisch sind von Vorteil
