Seit 2018 gehört die Unternehmung zur internationalen VINCI-Gruppe. Für das Geschäftsfeld Abschlüsse suchen wir per sofort oder nach Vereinbarung eine erfahrene und engagierte Person

Dein Aufgabenbereich
  • Erledigung der administrativen Arbeiten aus dem Verkauf und des Projektmanagements
  • Administrative und operative Unterstützung des Business Units Leiters
  • Telefonische Entgegennahme von Kundenanfragen
  • Erfassung und Pflege von Kunden-, Adress- und Vertragsdaten im ERP- und SAP-System
  • Erstellen von Offerten, erfassen von Aufträgen und Projektabrechnungen im ERP- und SAP-System
  • Zuständig für das Mahnwesen
Das bringst du mit
  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Grundausbildung und idealerweise mind. drei Jahre Berufserfahrung
  • Einwandfreies, stilsicheres Deutsch in Wort und Schrift. Mündliche Kenntnisse in Französisch, Englisch oder Italienisch sind von Vorteil
  • versierter Umgang mit MS Office Anwendungen sowie ERP- und SAP System
