PFE – Conception d'une installation de réincorporation et de broyage/criblage de granulats F/H

Au sein des Carrières Unies de Porphyre (CUP), sur le site de Bierghes, vous intégrerez l’équipe d’exploitation afin de contribuer à la modernisation des installations de production.

Vous collaborerez avec le chef de site, le responsable maintenance et l’ingénieur d’exploitation, au cœur même de l’installation. Le stage comporte une forte dimension terrain. Une période d’immersion au sein des équipes d’exploitation est prévue en début de mission afin de vous familiariser avec le métier et le fonctionnement du site.

Le projet consiste à étudier la meilleure solution pour recycler des matériaux (co-produits, non 
conformes, reconcassage, …) sur l’installation secondaire et tertiaire et palier au manque de 
productivité en cas de panne sur la partie située en amont de l’installation industrielle

La mission comprend une phase de conception, la consultation des fournisseurs ainsi que la préparation du dossier d’investissement.


Vous êtes en dernière année d’une école d’ingénieurs (MINES, POLYTECH, ESTP, HEI, ENSAM, ICAM, filière mécanique ou équivalent) et vous vous intéressez à l’industrie et aux matériaux.


Des connaissances techniques et mécaniques sont appréciées.

Votre sens de la communication, votre organisation et votre aisance sur le terrain seront des atouts essentiels pour réussir dans cette mission.
