Tes missions ?

Dans le cadre de notre développement, nous sommes à la recherche d’un(e) Approvisionneur(se) pour renforcer notre équipe.

Rattaché(e) au Responsable administratif et financier (RAF), tu auras pour rôle de gérer les approvisionnements dans leur globalité.

A ce titre, tes missions incluront :

  • Effectuer les demandes de devis auprès des différents fournisseurs en fonction des besoins du bureau d’études.
  • Passer les commandes et suivre leur bonne exécution
  • Suivre les délais, relancer les fournisseurs et gérer les litiges éventuels
  • Mettre à jour le catalogue des fournisseurs.
  • Respecter les procédures d’achats VINCI Energies
  • Participer à l’amélioration continue des processus.
  • Gérer, analyser et suivre les KPI
  • Contribuer à la sélection et à l’évaluation des fournisseurs.
  • Travailler en binôme avec le logisticien pour garantir la fluidité des flux internes et externes.
  • Gérer les contrats d'exploitation du bâtiment.

  • Formation Bac+2 à Bac+3 en achats, supply chain ou équivalent
  • Expérience souhaitée dans un environnement industriel.
  • Avoir des connaissances en HVAC serait un vrai plus.
  • Rigueur, sens de l’organisation et capacité à gérer les priorités
  • Bon relationnel et sens de la négociation.
