VOS MISSIONS

Rattaché(e) à la Responsable Administrative et Financière de l'entreprise et fonctionnellement au Service Achats de la Direction Régionale, vous gérez tous les approvisionnements liés à l’activité de l'entreprise.

Vous êtes en interaction avec plusieurs interlocuteurs : Chef d’Entreprise, Responsable d’affaires, etc…

Vous êtes autonome au sein de l’entreprise et garant(e) de la bonne connaissance de la politique achats du Groupe Vinci Energies.

À ce titre, vos principales missions seront :

  • Gérer et suivre les commandes dans le respect des objectifs de coût, qualité, délai, service et RSE, avec application des conditions tarifaires négociées et des stratégies achats VEF.
  • Négocier les achats <5000€ HT auprès des fournisseurs
  • Gérer et suivre les commandes : de l’émission à leur livraison (réception physique) en passant par la gestion des litiges potentiels.
  • Participer à la gestion administrative et contractuelle des dossiers de sous-traitance (contrats, signatures, cautions bancaires, etc).
  • Promouvoir les bonnes pratiques achats auprès des équipes opérationnelles, notamment en matière d’économie circulaire et participer à l'amélioration continue des processus.

VOTRE PROFIL

Nous recherchons une personne :

  • Rigoureuse, organisée et faisant preuve d’autonomie
  • Ayant le sens de la négociation et une bonne communication
  • Orientée service client interne
  • Idéalement, vous maitrisez les outils informatiques suivants ou similaires: SAP Codex, Easy Buy, Outlook, Excel, DocuSign
