VOS MISSIONS

Rattaché(e) au Responsable d'Affaires, vous intervenez sur notre site basé à Sophia-Antipolis. .

À ce titre, vos principales missions seront :

  • Gestion des demandes d’accès au site : collecte des documents et informations administratives, transmission au service concerné
  • Animation de réunions hebdomadaires avec le client
  • Suivi des plans de prévention et aide à la rédaction
  • Rédaction de compte-rendu
  • Gestion des pointages
  • Saisie de devis
  • Planification et dispatch des OT sur notre outils GMAO
  • Suivi des clôtures des OT

VOTRE PROFIL

De formation Bac +2 à Bac +3 en gestion d’entreprise ou administration, vous êtes une personne :

  • Rigoureuse, organisée et faisant preuve d’autonomie
  • Communicante
  • Orientée service client interne
