A la recherche de femmes et d'hommes engagés, audacieux et attachés à l'esprit de service, VINCI Facilities recherche dans le cadre de son activité, un.e Responsable Travaux à Sophia Antipolis.
Vos Missions:
Rattaché.e au Chef d'Entreprise, vous aurez notamment en charge:
Suivi de chantier :
- Suivi opérationnel des chantiers
- Organisation et participation aux réunions de chantier
- Suivi du planning et de l'avancement des travaux
- Participation aux levées de réserves
Coordination et contrôle :
- Suivi des entreprises et sous-traitants
- Contrôle du respect des normes de qualité et de sécurité
- Coordination des différents intervenants du projet
Chiffrage & suivi financier :
- Chiffrage de travaux TCE (lots Electricité et CVC)
- Participation au suivi budgétaire des opérations
- Reporting régulier auprès du Responsable de contrat
Tout cela en garantissant la sécurité et en ayant un devoir de vigilance partagée vis-à-vis de son équipe et des prestataires extérieurs.
Vous possédez une solide expérience de 5 à 10 ans en gestion d'affaires / conduite de travaux, en travaux et chiffrage travaux TCE.
Vous êtes capable d'analyser et de comparer les différentes offres des sous-traitants.
En relation directe avec le client, vous êtes reconnu.e pour votre sens du service et êtes doté.e d'un excellent relationnel.
Vous possédez de réelles qualités d'organisation, de rigueur et de réactivité. Votre autonomie et votre proactivité ne sont plus à prouver.
Doté.e d'un leadership naturel, vous aimez prendre des responsabilités et vous investir dans la réussite d'une aventure collective avec votre équipe, vos partenaires et vos interlocuteurs client. Vous êtes capable de coordonner plusieurs intervenants.
