Technicien de maintenance CVC F/H

Dans le cadre du développement de notre expertise, nous recrutons un(e) Technicien de Maintenance CVC pour notre entreprise basée à Sophia-Antipolis (06).

VOS MISSIONS

· Gérer les activités de maintenance préventive et corrective d’un contrat de maintenance multi technique sur plusieurs bâtiments prestigieux du tertiaire et plusieurs équipements techniques innovants

· Réaliser la maintenance préventive et corrective du parc d’équipement CVC dans le respect des règlementations, du contrat et des procédures d’exploitation

· Garantir le maintien en condition opérationnelle des équipements CVC et Plomberie

· Rédiger les comptes rendus d'intervention (maintenance préventive et corrective) afin d’assurer un suivi des missions via notre GMAO,

· Veiller au respect des consignes de sécurité


COMPETENCES REQUISES – SAVOIRS-FAIRE

· Titulaire d’une attestation d’aptitude de manipulation des fluides

· Compétences techniques dans la maintenance CVC
