Intégrée au réseau VINCI Energies, VINCI Facilities Val de Loire est spécialisée dans la maintenance et le facility management. Dans le cadre de notre développement commercial, nous recrutons un/une Plombier chauffagiste F/H sur le département du 41.

🔧Vos missions :

-Effectuer des diagnostics et des interventions de dépannage en cas de fuite

-Installer, entretenir et réparer les systèmes de plomberie (canalisations, robinetterie, sanitaires)

-Maintenir des systèmes de chauffage (chaudières, radiateurs, planchers chauffants, etc.)

-S'assurer du bon fonctionnement des installations et réaliser des mises aux normes

-Travailler en respectant les règles de sécurité et de conformité
Conseiller les clients sur l'entretien et l'optimisation de leurs installations


🔎Vous êtes titulaire d’un CAP/BEP Plomberie Chauffage, idéalement complété par un Bac Pro Technicien en installation des systèmes énergétiques et climatiques.

Vous justifiez d’une expérience significative de 3 ans minimum dans un poste similaire et une appétence pour la maintenance et les réparations.

Vous avez une bonne connaissance des règles de sécurité et des normes en vigueur.

Vous êtes autonome, rigoureux(se) et appréciez le travail en équipe.
