Dans le cadre de son développement, Demouselle Pas-de-Calais, entreprise du groupe VINCI Energies spécialisée dans les installations électriques tertiaires (courant fort et courant faible), recherche un Chef d’Équipe (f/h) pour piloter ses chantiers entre Boulogne-sur-Mer et Saint-Omer.
Vos missions 🔧
Encadrer une équipe de monteurs électriciens sur nos chantiers tertiaires (bureaux, bâtiments publics, commerces, etc.)
Préparer les interventions en lien avec les Conducteurs de Travaux.
Garantir la qualité d’exécution et le respect des délais et consignes de sécurité.
Être l’interlocuteur terrain du client et représenter l’entreprise sur site.
Assurer le suivi des approvisionnements et la bonne utilisation du matériel.
Votre profil 🎯
Formation en électricité, électrotechnique ou équivalent.
Expérience réussie en tant que chef d’équipe dans le secteur de l’électricité.
Rigueur, autonomie et bon relationnel sont indispensables.
Maîtrise des normes électriques et du travail en environnement tertiaire.
Permis B requis (déplacements fréquents sur le secteur Boulogne – Saint-Omer ou Lille-Saint Omer selon votre lieu de résidence ).
